WHAT POSITIVE THING HAVE YOU DONE TODAY?
Positive Nation aims to impact more than 7 billion people by promoting mental health and kindness through simple positive actions and the power of music that breaks barriers. At the heart of it is the question, “What positive thing have you done today?”—a daily reminder to reflect, to act, and to choose positivity. Together, let’s build a world where optimism reigns, and the potential for positive impact is boundless.

Our Story
When our Chief Visionary Officer was a child, he would come home from school and hear the same simple question from his dad:
“Hey, what positive thing have you done today?”
At first, he didn’t have an answer. Curious, he asked his classmates if their dads asked the same thing. The answer was always no. That question, repeated every day, began to shape his thinking. He started reflecting, choosing, and intentionally doing at least one good thing each day—just so he could go home with an answer.
That single question became the heart of Positive Nation. It reminds us that no matter who we are or where we come from, we all have the power to make a difference through small, intentional acts of kindness.
Join us in building a world where positivity is a daily choice, and every person is inspired to ask and answer:
“What positive thing have you done today?”
Positive Nation in Action

Music speaks a universal language that transcends age, culture, and background, making it a powerful tool for healing and connection.
One powerful aspect of Positive Nation is encouraging people to listen to positive music — because music isn’t just entertainment, it’s therapy. Research from institutions like Stanford University has shown that music can stimulate the brain in ways similar to meditation, helping to reduce anxiety, lower cortisol levels, and boost dopamine, the “feel-good” hormone. Studies published in journals like Frontiers in Psychology and The Lancet Psychiatry highlight how music can improve mood, support emotional regulation, and aid in managing symptoms of depression and stress.
